Welcome to Hardrock Tourism. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website or booking any of our travel and tourism services. By accessing our website or confirming a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.


1. General Information

Hardrock Tourism operates as a licensed travel and tourism company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made directly through our website, by phone, email, or through our representatives.


2. Booking and Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • A booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued by Hardrock Tourism.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate personal and contact information during the booking process.


3. Payments

  • Payments can be made online via secure gateways or through approved offline methods.

  • All prices are quoted in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may vary depending on seasonal rates, promotions, or service provider adjustments.


4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.

  • Refund eligibility depends on the type of tour or service booked and the notice period before cancellation:

    • 48 hours or more before the tour: Full refund (less transaction fees).

    • Less than 48 hours: No refund.

    • No-show: Non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment and may take up to 7–10 working days.


5. Changes and Modifications

Hardrock Tourism reserves the right to modify or cancel any service due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, government restrictions, or operational issues.
If this happens, customers will be offered an alternative service or a full refund.


6. Travel Documents and Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any other required documents.

  • Hardrock Tourism is not responsible for delays or losses caused by invalid or missing travel documents.

  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to arrive at the pickup point on time.


7. Health and Safety

  • Some activities (e.g., desert safari, dune bashing, water sports) may not be suitable for pregnant women, elderly guests, or those with medical conditions.

  • Please inform our team in advance of any health conditions or special needs.

  • Participation in all tours and activities is at the customer’s own risk.


8. Liability

  • Hardrock Tourism acts only as an intermediary between customers and service providers (such as hotels, transport companies, or attractions).

  • We are not liable for any injury, loss, delay, damage, or inconvenience caused during the trip unless due to our direct negligence.

  • In case of any dispute, the decision of Hardrock Tourism management shall be final.


9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, logos, graphics, and images, is the property of Hardrock Tourism. Unauthorized copying or reproduction of any material is strictly prohibited.


10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
